TECHNICAL INFORMATION
NFC-1170 Anti-Fog Heat Seal Lidding Adhesive imparts long lasting anti-fog performance to clear flexible lidding films for APET, CPET, OPS and other thermoformed trays. This Gravure applied adhesive has excellent adhesion to PET films and can be custom formulated to deliver tear bonds or peelable bonds on most trays. NFC-1170 is toluene-free and hydrocarbon-free and it provides excellent clarity and product visibility. For room temperature or cold applications only.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Heat Sealable: NFC-1170 Anti-Fog Heat Seal Adhesive applied with a recommended application weight of 3.2 to 3.8 pounds per ream provides excellent heat seal adhesion for PET Lidding Film to thermoformed trays. Heat seal bonds can be modified for either destruct bonds or for peelable bond strengths.
FDA Compliant: ACC-1178 Anti-Fog Coating offers FDA Compliance with 21CFR175.300 Resinous and Polymeric Coatings.
