Rick has been involved in manufacturing and plant management for over 30 years, working in nacreous pigments, platinum-cured silicones, pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply, and liquid coatings. His forte lies in turning small plants into big plants over time through a combination of inventiveness, an understanding of the product, and the ability to find the best people to fulfill the vision.
